Welcome to BYTraderpro. By accessing our platform and interacting with the $BYT smart contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following professional terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the Protocol

BYTraderpro operates as a decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. We provide technical infrastructure for tokenomics visualization and blockchain interaction. All transactions are executed through automated smart contracts on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), ensuring immutability and transparency.

2. User Eligibility & Security

To ensure the integrity of the ecosystem, users must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Be responsible for the safekeeping of their private keys and seed phrases.
Understand that BYTraderpro staff will NEVER initiate contact to request wallet credentials.

3. Smart Contract & Tokenomics

The $BYT token functions under a strictly audited logic (Total Supply: 300.000.000,00). Any interaction with the liquidity pool, including burns or locks, is public and verifiable via BscScan. By using the platform, you agree to the automated tax structures (if applicable) defined in our official documentation.

4. Intellectual Property

The BYTraderpro brand, UI/UX design, and proprietary algorithms are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized replication of the dashboard or protocol logic for malicious purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

BYTraderpro shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from network congestion, blockchain forks, or third-party wallet malfunctions (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet). We provide the interface "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Compliance and AML

We strive to maintain a secure environment. Users are prohibited from using the $BYT ecosystem for illicit activities, including money laundering or financing terrorism. We reserve the right to restrict access to our interface for wallets flagged by global security databases.
